I'm lucky that I meet amazing people every day. Many of us live with conditions that are invisible so I always make sure I go at my clients' pace and make sure I meet their needs. There's no harm in checking in with them; are you comfortable and relaxed, is this pace okay for you, do you need a hand? Basic things that apply for everyone regardless of age or mobility.
But when I get amazing reviews it just confirms that I'm doing a good job. I got this great review from one of my Hapai Access Cardholders:
